I was reestablishing a vet for my dogs when I moved to town, and after reading the reviews, I decided this would be a good place to try. I’d taken them in to get their teeth cleaned after getting a fantastic quote, and they pulled 14 teeth from my small senior dog! I knew that he desperately needed it, as I’d never taken him to get it done before just out of sheer expensiveness. I knew the benefits, and how gum disease is common is smaller older dogs, but I’d been quoted $1200 per dog to get it done, and I got my 2 dogs for less than half of that here at SUAH. Tonight, I was thinking about how much better his breath smelled and how he now chews his food, and for the first time in YEARS, he actually started to play with me. I think his loose teeth kept him from ever wanting to, as the second we would rough house or when he’d grab a toy, he would look so excited and then just stop and run to his bed the second he picked something up in his mouth. But tonight, he was zipping all around the room, getting that crazy look in his eye again, and I just found myself and playing with my dog like we used to 7 years ago. The dental cleaning was not only possible, and my dogs loved the staff AFTER the appointment and “torture” as my fur babies might put it, but I got to see a side of my old pup that I thought was just past his years. So thank you SUAH for making taking care of my dog possible, and giving me the ability to experience that again 🙏

Everyone here is so sweet and kind. We had to bring my daughters dog in to be put down and they treated all of us with such love and suppose. Walked us through the whole process and then when all was said and done, showed us so much support.
