We moved to Cedar 2 years ago. Our older dog Lambeau (a Lab Dane mix) was OLD. But never the less, a family member. It was near the end, so we took him to Dr. Norton to confirm. DR. NORTON GOT DOWN ON HIS HANDS AND KNEES TO GREET, PUT HANDS AND HEART ON OUR SWEET BOY. He agreed that the time was near. Referred us to an in-home loving service. After our experience w Dr. Norton We would not want our pups taken care of by anyone else. Our other pup Sadie, an Aussie, broke a claw. Dr. Norton fixed THAT. Our NEW pup Skye…..another Aussie, got a foxtail in her ear. Dr. Norton fixed THAT. Several experiences with this Doc. So thankful he is right here in Cedar City. So sorry for not doing this review almost two years ago. But glad to share our experiences that we had w Dr. Norton with all 3 of our dogs. Nobody wants to spend money to sedate and pull a stupid foxtail out of their dogs ear. These guys could have……probably SHOULD have charged much more. Their pricing was very affordable every time. They will need to charge more soon.

Was taking my dog Bear there but I called to try to get him in for some shots so I could go to a funeral and left a message for them and they never called back and then I called again and left a second message and no call back. So I went and made one call to southern Utah veteran and got him in on the same day with no problem. All I asked was for a phone call back and nothing in over two weeks. So that tells you how much you and your pet means to them.

Love the vet and vet techs, 4 stars because the front desk clerk has been so rude to me and my wife that we don't want to return.
