Normally I would never write a bad review especially on a vet but they specifically did what I asked them Not to do so here I am. I went in because I suspected my female dog to have a UTI I asked them if they would need to shave her tummy so 1 could prepare myself for that, as well as my dogs fur type Cannot Be Shaved it Will Not Grow Back Out The Same, they assured me that they Would Not Shave Her of course they bring her back and say "We did have to shave her" excuse me you didn't even come ask me when I specifically had a conversation with you about Not Doing This, now I have paid for nothing my dog either didn't have a problem or she just isn't fixed and they Shaved Her! She Cannot Be Shaved Due To Her Fur Type she now cannot regular her body temperature!

Absolutely fantastic experience going to UrgentVet. Staff were very nice and helpful. It was less money than going to my normal vet and same day appointments. I had to come back a few days later and they didn’t charge the initial $135 fee again. They estimated the cost and it ended up being less money than the lowest price. My cat is doing so much better. I cannot say enough good things about UrgentVet. The only down side is it is a bit difficult to get the staff to come to the front when you arrive. You’re kind of just left alone. I feel like they need a front desk person. Other than that 10/10 experience.

So incredibly grateful for the staff here!! We had to bring our cat in and they were SO quick! The check in was quick, the room was clean. And genuinely love that they have rooms for dogs and cats so they’re not smelling each other. Our technician explained everything so well and so did the vet! Genuinely so grateful to have had this place.

Some of the kindest people in the Veterinary indurty work here, helping me understand what was going on a feel comfortable. They did not pressure me about costs or money or procedures the way other emergency vet services have, and I will absolutely recommend them to anyone who asks
