HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS FIRST-RATE CLINIC. My dear Sasha passed away this spring, very very sad but well-loved and well-cared until her little body gave out on its own. Recently, I adopted little Cooper who is facing some significant health challenges. He has seen Dr. Amanda and Dr. Lauren, my thanks to both of them and to their nurses, Emma and Jenna…and to Emma ll and Janae at reception. EARLIER Dr. Amanda has seen my precious Sasha six times since we moved to Salt Lake City, at a good time and during difficult times for the little one…who is doing much better now, thankfully! Dr. A is exceptional — knowledgeable and compassionate and generous with her time. Her team is wonderful, my thanks to Janae and Laura and Kimmie and Rhaegon and the two Emmas!

Our dog was injured…. I called and they got her right in. The staff and Dr were so nice and friendly and made us feel so welcome and that they really cared for our dog. We are switching vet clinics immediately we are so impressed. Its a clean and beautiful environment with a great caring staff. Thank you so much for taking care of our dog baby!!

I would NEVER take any animal to this place for care again! I was recommended this place and took one of our family dogs there for care in an emergency situation. They did absolutely nothing for our dog! They Kept our dog there for 5 hours for observation. Didn't give him any medicine, didn't care for him! Let him lay there in a kennel suffering! When we picked him up, he looked worse, I ask them if he had gotten up, drank or ate, if he'd gone to the bathroom. They said no. They said, he just laid there and that he didn't get up. I for begged for them to do something to help. I told them something isn't right! He actually had a small seizure in the lobby as we were talking to the worker. While we were picking him up. She actually said to me, "oh, he doesn't normally do that". I was shocked! She basically said they were closing and told us to take him somewhere else. When we got him to the other facility, they immediately looked at him and said that he needed immediate care, they started to give him antiseizure medicine. Which helped him perk up a little bit. But he had gone so long without the proper care.... within a couple hours of the other facility trying to help him, he passed away!!! I called this facility Monday morning to ask for answers. I was told I would hear back from a Vet. It's been almost two weeks that have gone by and I have heard nothing!!! My sweet dog DIED because of their lack of proper care! I have never in 27 years of owning dogs received such negligent care on every level! I'm still an absolute shock about the absolutely abhorrent care that my poor dog received. Our family is heartbroken and this facility and their staff could care less! I would have left ZERO stars, but it made me click on one star to leave the review!

Rafael is absolutely amazing! My dog has extreme anxiety and tends to nip while being groomed. Rafael kept him calm and when I picked him up I could definitely tell he had been in good hands! Thank you so much! We will definitely be back 💕
