Amazing clinic! The Dr’s and staff go above and beyond. Their service is wonderful and the Dr’s treat you like family, you’re not just another client. The prices are reasonable.

The level of professionalism and customer service over the phone has been consistently unacceptable. I will not be returning to this clinic.

Admittedly this place started seemingly nice and promising. Recently been trying to get pet records, and apparently only one person can approve that. Setting aside the complete attitude over the phone call today, we have a right to our pets records, and it's ridiculous to believe that those records can't be provided at request. Glad we have a new vet and groomer now. EDIT: Did finally receive records via email, which is appreciated.
