Been coming here for years and even previously wrote a 5 star review for them, but after today I had a bad taste left in my mouth and I don't know if I will be returning. My cat had a UTI so I needed to go to the urgent care location. All of that went fine, but Saturday night after my visit I accidentally shattered her bottle of Orbax antibiotic. I was already pretty maxxed out on what I could afford considering her UTI diagnosis and other tests were over $400, and the blood pressure test they wanted to do alone was $60 (and I am not really sure why, is this the same type of blood pressure test we get standard at the doctor?) The antibiotic for her UTI is $100, I called and told them what happened and that it was an honest mistake and if there was anything they can do to cut the costs as I couldn't afford to pay full price again. They said they don't do discounts on that kind of thing.. even though I can get the same exact antibiotic on Chewy for half the cost. They said I could get it refilled on Chewy but it would take time, and that wasn't an option for me because my cat needed to continue her dosage. So I had no other option than to pay the full price and put myself in a hard position. I have been a loyal customer to this vet, I have vouched for them, had friends and family referred here, and was planning on taking my two younger cats here. But I don't want to work with a vet that won't work with me over something that would not have inconvenienced them very much. I know the accident was my fault, but the lack of empathy or consideration over the situation just left me feeling like they don't actually have my back. So I will be looking into other clinics for my pets.

Dr. Stefanoff is very kind and cares about your pet. He helped our sweet cocker spaniel with her ear infection and constant itching. She is doing so much better about following his treatment plan. We are so grateful.

People there are extremely nice. Dr. Stefano was great, courteous, friendly, took his time with Koda and I. Definitely recommend to anyone who truly loves their fur-baby.
