Im really conflicted about this one. I've had some really good experiences with this place in the past. I really like the vets and their prices are very reasonable. With that said almost every time I've gone in lateley the waiting room has been jam-packed. My dog has aggression issues so this is a big deal. The staff were very understanding of his temperament, however he's had to be sedated twice recently for surgical procedures and both times he came out with severe clippers burns. I could understand if he was awake, but he wasn't. They were too busy afterwards for me to speak with a vet about his post op care, but said he would call me the next day. That never happened. I had to call back 3 days later and still wasn't able to talk to him. This place is unfortunately too busy to have good service.

My pet and I had been a patient of this practice for over 6 years. Although I cannot speak to what changes specifically occurred, I can say they are changes that make the experience worse than it would be at another practice. Like others mentioned, my animal was recently (Feb) treated here but improperly. Rather than hear me out, communicate effectively, or consider taking any accountability for the neglect/malpractice which occurred in-office, I was forced to file a dispute with Visa. The dispute was ruled in my favor per the evidence I was able to provide. Mistakes can, will, and do happen to the very best of us. The biggest distinction comes with how we respond to our mistakes when they do occur.

I called in for some info on the prices as soon as she answered the phone mind you without introducing herself or anything she places me on hold for over 10 mins. Wouldn’t recommend. Very unprofessional not a welcoming vibe.

I brought my cat Apollo here to get him checked for his excessive thirst and urination. Unfortunately, he has diabetes. Gonna start treating it immediately. My experience at Park Animal Hospital was great! Staff was very friendly, professional, and helpful! And the girl at the front desk went way above and beyond by cleaning up after my cat as he can't control his facilities while being transported in his pet carrier. I didn't not ask or expect anyone to deal with that. She took that upon herself! I recieved excellent service from this place!!!

My dog had a very bad reaction to her normal vaccines. I brought her back in and they took really good care of her and honestly saved her life.
