Highly recommend. May: my dear little Cooper, who I adopted two months ago, went into cardiac arrest during an endoscopy at a surgical clinic. Thankfully, they were able to revive him, though he was in tough shape. I brought him over to VCA Cottonwood, and was pleased to see that Dr. Paul Belnap was on duty. Cooper was at VCA for 28 hours and everyone was very helpful in caring for him. The technicians were all very professional & empathetic, and I would particularly like to thank Valerie and Callie who were very thorough with Cooper and very patient with me. I also appreciate the courtesy from the entire reception staff. January: The exceptional Dr. Belnap performed emergency pyometra surgery on New Year's Eve. Sasha was also diagnosed with a heart murmur which made this necessary procedure even more challenging. The little one stayed overnight in recovery monitored by a wonderful team of technicians, nurses, and assistants including Cassie, Kelly, Mitch, and Willow. In addition, Maxine was very helpful several days after the surgery with the antibiotics.

I can't say enough about our experience. Our precious, almost 15 year old dog, suffered from Cushing's Disease and he had a heart episode on Saturday. We called ahead and they prioritized him so that he could be taken in as soon as we arrived. Unfortunately, he expired after being there for a short time. The staff were attentive and compassionate and we could not have asked for more. Truly, thank you for helping our little angel move on to heaven.

We had a last minute emergency to bring in our Rosso, we called minutes before we arrived, they met us in the parking lot and got our dog in instantly. Sadly, we had to say goodbye to our 13 year old standard poodle. The staff was very amazing, personable and so caring. Truly care about animals and the families. First time visiting as well. They also sent us a sweet personalized card. Thank you so much and we highly recommend. Rest in love our sweet Rosso.
