This place is amazing! It was busy but not as hectic as other reviews had me thinking it would be. Pick up was a lot busier than drop off. My vet quoted me $800 I was able to get my puppy spayed here for $250 and they took great care of her she healed up nicely with no complications so I can’t recommend more!

We took our elderly dog Foxy there for end of life services. They were kind and incredibly compassionate. Macy walked me through everything before we got there as it is a difficult time to go through. She was beyond understanding. Dr. Clemens gave me a hug and shook my son’s hand when it was over. I really felt they cared. It’s wonderful to see there are still facilities that operate that aren’t owned by VCA. I highly recommend for any services Spay & Neuter can accommodate.

Don't take your pet there for anything! My wife and daughter made an appointment 3 weeks ago to get our dog neutered. We stated very clearly when making that appt, that our dog Otis was somewhat aggressive and they assured us that that was no problem and they have dealt with this before. The aggressiveness was the main reason why we needed this done. The morning of the appt, they call us 45 minutes before our appt to tell us that they cant do the procedure at all because he was aggressive. They made no effort to contact us for 3 weeks since making the appt. My wife and daughter had to work extra shifts in order to be able to take that day off to get Otis to this procedure. My wife and daughter missed out on a full day's pay each in order to make this appt. They could have called us last week, but didn't. This place has worst customer service I have ever experienced. now that ive experienced this, I would never take my pet there, for anything! Even when I called back this afternoon, I was 1st in line when I called and still waited 15 minutes. I recommend no one takes their pet there for ANY care what-so-ever. This place shouldn't even be in business. Terrible. I had the leave 1 star, that's more that i would have given. ZERO Stars!!!
