The staff is very nice and careful with my animals. However, I have been bringing my cats here for over 2 years and the last recent appointment(s) I brought them in for, they had not caught a heart murmur, severe UTI, and dehydration in one of my cats. I am very disappointed and distraught. I am very lucky that I called a different vet when my cat was showing some concerning signs who got them in right away and ran multiple tests/diagnostics. I know this might be a special case, but I am still so disappointed. What if I waited longer? What if I brought my cats back here and they still didn't check for the heart murmur, UTI/kidney functions, etc? UPDATE: management reached out to me and provided some valuable information which I appreciate, however I still believe (and the new vet I am going to believes as well) the heart murmur and chronic kidney disease should have been caught earlier.

Look, I like to hand out 5 stars to most establishments when they help me out but I was just SO shocked at this vets place. I went in, they were explicit that I get there at 11:20 then made me wait til 12 for my apt. Which whatever, I’m a patient person. But I had my new kitten there who began whining for a bathroom. I asked the front desk if they had some litter I could set her on and they looked at me like that was a crazy ask. YOU GUYS ARE A VET THAT SEES CATS EVERYDAY???? AND YOU DONT HAVE LITER???? You can see how absurd that is right????? The front desk suggested that I can “take my cat outside and have her pee there” LIKE A DOG?????? Like are you kidding me?!?! Like you don’t even have litter I can purchase!???? Also, the vet blamed all the concerns on “my cat being new to the home”. Just really unhelpful. This place might be fine for dogs but do yourself a favor and find a place that actually cares about your cat.
