Downgraded from 2020 review... Updated 2026, the new generation is not like the old. not sure if its the front end "office" manager, Dr. Martins Son, or who is sinking this ship... but my family and I are getting off after 30 years.... go somewhere else. They went from a nice family practice to a complete circus with little to no customer service, the last vet I saw was a joke, if it werent for Chat GPT I dont think he could do his job... my heart hurts, as all my pets have been cared for here... but hey as long as you keep the calander full of new clients... who cares about your life long ones, right?
