The customer service was not up to snuff. They weren't sympathetic or friendly. This place more so acts like an emergency room. If your pet has even a minor problem you're going to wait 4+ hours just to be seen for a 10min Dr consultation. Outrageous. Save yourself some headache and heartache and go somewhere else if you love your pet.

One of the most Heart felt Vet clinics I have ever been too!! I had an emergency at 1am in the morning and rushed my new born puppy in. Although we couldn't do anything to save her they were very empathetic and caring towards us. We felt the best thing to do was put her down so she didn't suffer anymore. They gave us a very precious box they wrapped up with cut out hearts on it so we could take her home. It was very thoughtful. I will highly recommend this clinic!! They took Great care of us and my baby pup.

I recently moved to SLC and my cat had a urinary blockage upon arrival. Medvet was willing to see him immediately and they have been extremely thorough with their care. They have provided me with twice daily updates on my boy and are helpful and understanding with all my questions. Dr. Dawson especially has been so knowledgeable and empathetic. They even let me visit with my boy multiple times even though they were crazy busy. I will be returning for all urgent vet needs in the future!!

Medvet has been an incredibly professional and supportive organization as we have been treating our 7 year old Golden for Osteosarcoma. Dr. Wright and the entire oncology staff as well as the general Doctor staff have been patient and informative throughout the entire process. Highly recommend. For any potential pup parents looking at MedVet - I should also add that they are providers of a new trial immunology for some cancers called the Yale Vaccine which - so far - has shown impressive results not just for our pup but across broader published data in trials across the country. Ask about it!
