Took my puppy there for her vaccines. They were very nice and professional. They have a good deal that includes all 3 sets of shots and microchip for $250, and with coupon since it was our first time it was $200

I’ve had good experiences in the past, however this last visit I had an appointment for 5:45pm I made for vaccines. I was called the day of my appointment around 2:30pm and asked if I could come in early since they are running ahead of schedule, anytime before 4pm. I said sure and told them I’d be there at 4pm since I was coming from far away. They said ok, so I grabbed my dog and headed there. I arrived exactly at 4pm and to my surprise the vet had “already left for the day.” What I wasn’t told on the phone is the vet leaves at 4 regardless of any appointments made. In all fairness she game back (as she had just left) and took care of the vaccine. The issue was not only the lack of clear communication (asking if I could come in early vs stating the vet left at 4, but also when I brought up the point it seemed to fall on deaf ears. I am incredibly disappointed. Either make the website so it won’t accept appointments past 4pm or stay till the appointment time.

Took my 8-week pup in for his puppy shots. Staff was very kind and I had no wait (make an appointment ahead of time!) They were very gentle with him, though they did put his age wrong on his medical papers I was emailed. They said he was 8 years old instead of 8 weeks and I had a hard time reaching the Vetco clinic on the phone to adjust it.
