We thought our baby had somehow damaged both of his eyes and of course, we panicked. We called his regular vet and they didn't have any openings. We called around, nobody was able to get him in. One clinic did recommend Live Well so we called and they said bring him right in. When we got there, the staff was very compassionate and caring. We didn't have to wait, they took him right back. They were upfront with the costs and made sure we were comfortable with it. The Vet checked his eyes and did a couple of tests to determine if there was any damage to the eyes. Luckily, there wasn't. He determined it was possibly severe irritation ( he was groomed that day) and prescribed some antibiotic eye drops. Our little guy is not cooperative with wearing the "cone of shame" and the tech was so patient in trying to find the right one. We applied the drops as prescribed and it wasn't long before we saw those beautiful black puppy eyes appear normal. We also received a text the next day checking up on our little guy. I would definitely recommend this clinic. We are very grateful they were open and accommodating. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

Pros: Everyone was very nice and professional. Everyone was very concerned about my comfort and the comfort of my pet. I thought it was reasonably priced for an urgent care vet. Con: I originally took my cat in for puncture wounds, presumably from bites. They found a couple, treated them, and sent us on our way. Unfortunately, they missed one that they would have found if they had simply shaved a slightly bigger area. It became an abscess. I took him back, they cleaned out the abscess, charged another $250, and sent us on our way. The wound could not drain and abscessed again, and the next day I had to take him to another emergency vet. It cost another $650. So my cat almost died and I was out an extra $900 because they didn't do a thorough job the first time. The wounds that they cleaned at the first visit healed quickly.

They did an amazing job taking care of my pup, he had a foxtail in his paw and they were able to get us in and taken care of same day, were very compassionate and took the time to answer all my questions
