I didn’t end up bringing my dog here, but I can’t express how grateful I am for the person working the front desk this evening. Please give this employee a raise. My dog was bitten by a rattlesnake, and I was frantically calling vets trying to get her help. The first vet I contacted referred me to an emergency hospital in Cottonwood Heights, about an hour and a half from my home at that time of day. I then called several vets in Orem hoping to find something closer. The first two told me they didn’t have room to see her and suggested I wait until the Orem emergency clinic opened at 6:00 p.m. It was only 3:00 p.m. When I explained that my dog could die before then, they simply apologized and offered no other assistance. Then I called this clinic. The person who answered the phone immediately said, “I’m sorry, we can’t see her, but if you give me your number, I’ll text you a list of places that might be able to help.” There was no hesitation. No brushing me off. Just genuine compassion and a willingness to help. I asked if she knew which clinics would likely have antivenom available, and she pointed me toward the top two options on the list. I called the first clinic she recommended. It was close to my home, had antivenom available, and was able to get my dog in right away. So, thank you to the woman at the front desk. Your kindness, compassion, and willingness to go the extra mile made a huge difference during a very stressful situation. Because of you, my dog received the care she needed. While I didn’t become a client of this clinic, I’m giving them five stars because they were the only ones who truly cared enough to help when it mattered most.

I love all the vets here who have seen my dogs & cat. They are so kind, caring and knowledgeable. Dr. B., Dr. Loyola, Dr. Griffith and Dr. Hansen are amazing. I appreciate them very much.

The changes over the past year or so have made it very difficult to remain a customer here. They just want to charge as much as possible without the animal or customer in mind. It never used to be that way.
