Avoid this clinic if you want thorough care and reliable follow-up. I paid a $96 exam fee for my dog's recurring skin condition. The vet did an exam but did not seem to look carefully at the very area that was causing my dog issue. He didn't even recommend a cone to stop her from licking her wounds raw and just recommended an OTC spray that didn't work! I should have advocated for my pet to get a prescription topical that a previous pet prescribed that actually worked, but I really wanted to trust this vet... When I called two days after the original appointment for the prescription that worked in the past, I discovered they only use on-call contract doctors and the vet who saw my dog would not be back in the office for another week after my original appointment. When I called after that one week, I was told that the vet would not be back in the office for two more days and there is no way to contact him for another prescription. This means ALMOST 10 DAYS would have elapsed since the initial visit with no prescribed working treatment. My dog is in such discomfort everyday. Paying $96 to be left stranded is unacceptable.
