Do not bring your pet here. We encountered a lovely, aggressive, bait-and-switch pricing model when we brought our cat to get spayed. We were quoted $250 for the spay procedure, but when we arrived to drop our cat off they hit us with an additional $130 fee for fluids - "It's optional, but then we can't monitor her heart blah, blah, blah". That fee was conveniently left out during scheduling and dropped on us when we were emotionally charged leaving a terrified cat in an unknown place. You know who is going to pay that "optional" fee when they drop their pet? Everyone, and they know it. You know who would take their business elsewhere if they were told it was going to cost $400 for a spay? Everyone, and they know it. There are far cheaper places in the valley and far more honest businesses. This helps explain why they were ready for our cat any day vs other places we contacted being booked up for weeks. The care was fine, the dishonest business practices were not.
