This has been the primary vet for our family for a couple of years now, and they are great. Highly recommend if you are looking for an exotic vet, Dr. Hansen has taken great care of our rabbits and they handled end of life care for our cockatiel so well. They also do a great job with our cats.

Charge $90 for an exam and consult but didn't examine the cat (went to scratch the vet tech)... seems unreasonable to pay for a service that is not being provided. Charged the "exam" fee twice.. second visit for same issue. Never physically examined the cat. So already out nearly $200 for nex to nothing. The first visit they prescribed antibiotics... didnt help! Second visit they re-prescribe... with NO idea if its even a bacterial infection.... So just messing up the cats gut biome with little to no knowledge if antibiotics would just do nothing or be more harmful... if it isnt a bacterial infection why keep throwing antibiotics at it... Poor solution / poor medical care.. Charging for an exam when having the inability to provide one.. Wish we didnt bring the cat here. Waste of time and money.
