Absolutely love this place . The people are amazing and extremely kind. They helped me so much . Answering calls and providing comfort during a time of great stress . My sweet dog had to have surgery . Very , very great place to go to .

I've been using pet's first for years without issue until yesterday. I'm tight on money right now. I called to see how much it was going to be to get my son's dog up to date. Around $150. I go to pay after the appointment and it was $350. They said I requested the heart guard which was a lie. $200 for heart guard that you can buy for $100 from retail stores. I asked why they didn't include that when I called. They said I only asked about vaccinations. This must be practiced regularly because that was another lie. They are quick with the responses. I guess it works with most people. I told them I asked how much it would be to get her up to date. I didn't say anything about just vaccinations. They were out of quick gaslighting responses after that. I guess if you don't specifically say you don't want the Heartgard you are requesting it. I'll start using the Cache Humane Society for low cost shots and Walmart for Heartgard.

They got me in fast and everyone was so friendly and helpful. The greatest experience at a vet I’ve had so far! Will be going back!!
