Scheduling is a nightmare it took a week to get her in. Scheduled me during rush hour. My horse was in the trailer for nine hours. At the end they did nothing to help her. I am glad it wasn't fatal. I am so disappointed not to mention I prefer one vet and got a different one when I got there. Also had to wait 45 minutes with a sick horse that already spent two and a half hours in the trailer. It broke my heart to see her in pain not to mention how much they charged me. Totally different experience this time from the last. I sure miss customer service.
