I take all 3 of my animals here 2 cats 1 blue heeler, the office staff is very friendly and professional helpful with any questions or concerns none of my animals are afraid to go with any vet tech. Nail trims on my dog are always done correctly no snags or cracked nails. Worth the drive for my fur babies.

We absolutely love this place! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with such a warm, genuine welcome—it really feels like they care about every single person (and pet!) who comes through their doors. The staff is incredible—friendly, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile. The doctor is just as amazing—knowledgeable, compassionate, and clearly passionate about what they do. You can tell they treat every pet like their own, which gives us so much peace of mind. We have several pets who are patients here, and it says everything that they’re actually excited to go! That kind of comfort and trust is hard to find. We’re so grateful to have found a place that takes such great care of our furry family members. Highly, highly recommend! 🐾💙

The vet Samuel Riveria is nice. Sadly, a lot of the receptionists and techs are not. They've yelled at my brother and my mom. They yelled at my mom because she helped other customers who had two dogs who were peeing and running everywhere as one cat escaped fully and the other had his cat carrier drop with him in it. When we saw that THE PEOPLE WHO WORK THERE weren't helping, we jumped in as both my mom and I felt that these people were on the spectrum or had anxiety and were being overstimulated and on the verge of a panic attack.Then the workers jumped in, but were just dragging the dog around by his leash, choking him as he kept trying to escape. So my mom tried to prevent them choking and scaring the puppy more, to which she was yelled at for. Then I was chewed out as well because "why wasn't I sitting down" to which I replied I was standing over pee making sure no one stepped in it, and making sure no one opened the front door as the cat was free. Even the other customer in the waiting room told us that was ridiculously rude and unprofessional. Also, they always try and push nail trimming on your animals....even though all my animals have short nails since my brother does it. Edit: I am reading other reviews now and I am disgusted to hear that they have harassed people for leaving reviews.

I had a very negative experience at this clinic. After leaving a review based on my experience, I received a cease and desist letter. I felt frustrated by the pricing and communication at this clinic, and I received two quotes for care for my animal that were about four times the price of what I ultimately paid for similar care elsewhere. I wanted to confirm the exact amounts, but when I called to request copies of the quotes, I was told I could not receive them, so this is my best estimate. I found the situation upsetting and would not return!! I will NOT be recommending this place to others. The other vet I went to was kind, intelligent, followed up with me about her after care. My old lady is doing better than ever. Much more comfortable and happy now.
